With a successful record of obtaining over 10 million dollars in grant awards during my tenure with the Township of West Caldwell, I can assist your community in identifying qualifying projects and matching them with potential sources of grant funding.

With greater competition every year for very limited funding, it is essential that a grant application fit the goals and objectives of the funding sponsor. included among the areas where we have had success are grants from the NJ Transportation Trust Fund, Federal Transportation Enhancement grants, HUD Community Development grants, NJ Livable Communities grants, NJ Historical Municipal Buildings grants and others.

Successful applications include a recognition of a project with unique qualities, a realistic approach that respects the knowledge of the grant provider, a commitment to getting the project done quickly once a grant is awarded and good engineering and architectural design to keep the project with budget.
